Shredded taco seasoned chicken with apple, sesame seeds and romaine lettuce in romaine lettuce leafs topped with braggs aminos
INGREDIENTS
3.5 oz boiled shredded chicken breast
1/4 apple finely diced
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
2 romaine lettuce leafs
DIRECTIONS
Place the boiled shredded chicken breast with the taco seasoning, sesame seeds and the apple on a medium heat skillet. Add the shredded romaine lettuce and saute about 4 min. Serve on the romaine lettuce leafs topped with braggs liquid aminos.

Sugar Free Baked Apple
INGREDIENTS
• 1 apple, cored
• Juice from 1 lemon
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• Dash of cloves
• Small pinch of salt
• Stevia to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place cored apple in a small casserole dish. Squeeze lemon juice inside and around apple. Mix cinnamon, clove, salt and Stevia in small bowl and sprinkle inside and around apple. Top with lemon zest. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.

Baked Apple Chicken
INGREDIENTS
100 grams cubed chicken
Finely chopped apple
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Lightly brown the chicken in lemon juice. Add chopped apple and evenly
coat with a mixture of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, stevia, cinnamon,
cayenne and pinch of salt. Put in small baking dish and add additional
vinegar and lemon juice. Serve with the rest of the apple in thin slices on the side. Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 fruit)

INGREDIENTS
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar (*used Bragg’s)
1/2 c. water (or to taste; cider can be strong)
1/2 t. sea salt (or to taste)
1/2 t. black pepper
3/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. Stevia (to taste)
1 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
Place a ingredients in a jar with top or a shaker. Shake to mix and serve.

2 tbsp minced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
Pinch of garlic powder

1/4 tsp chili powder

Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Brown ground beef in a small frying pan, add onions and garlic.
